Truck Baby

at Rachel Uffner,

47 Orchard St New York, NY 10002

David Wojnarowicz's classic late-'70s self-portraits wearing an Arthur Rimbaud mask, shot in various grimy New York City locations, have a heightened sense of immediacy when accompanied by Samara Golden's wood sculptures of cameras on tripods, gripped by disembodied foam hands. Rounding out the show are Graham Collins's abstract constructions made of spray painted canvas overlaid with crinkly window tint.
